A crow up in the branches watched us pass - and in the next tree a woodpecker hammered away - I tried to catch sight of him !!

We have a pair of Carrion Crows that visit our garden. They have a nest in the oak tree opposite. When they land in the garden they stretch their necks up to see where we are indoors and have got quite used to us now.
