last spring our pond rather overfull of plants! Lovely Echium on the right and the purple beech starting to dominate down the garden.

Thank you - when we got here 27 years ago - it was an empty field!! Just shows what years of hard labour and broken fingernails gets you...!

Oh what a result though, well worth the hard labour and lost fingernails. I know that feeling, as I did exactly the same with our last garden. lol
