That's odd I have never seen one that did not flower, would have thought a 3/4 year old plant would be flowering now.
Are they making new growth yet this year, the buds normally appear with the new leaves at ground level.

crocus flowered well in 2014,I now have leaves again but small and don't look as though they will flower they were fed so not sure what has happened I need to investigate later
is the soil very sandy where they grow.

Very nice. Interesting, Brian, I have Helebore plants from you, which you have sent to me three years ago. They have large leaves, but they have never bloomed. I wonder, what is the problem.
