I love crocus. But they are all closed up today in the rain.

yes feeling much better thank you. Still have residual back ache though. My daughter put lots of photos on unbeknown to me and then 'made me' respond to comments.
If it stays sunny I am going to have a session in the greenhouse, potting up Dahlias and checking some pots for vine weevil.

Brilliant idea. I've been in there all morning pricking out, sowing and planting potatoes in growing bags. So exciting to do something I've never really done before. I did try tatties in my old garden, but there wasn't enough sun in my veg. plot. So this year I am giving them a go in those plastic growing sacks. The international Kidney ones ...same as Jersey Royals. Should be ready once the Jersey ones are all finished in the supermarkets! It is lovely and warm in the greenhouse though...good for your back.
