Beautiful Croton

This was a beautiful croton growing happily at the Realization Garden in Encinitas, CA. in San Diego County. This gorgeous garden is located above the ocean on a bluff. Photo taken March 7, 2015.

This one is definitely not the variety 'Stoplight'. This one has very large leaves not thin leaves like 'Stoplight' .

I've seen it available at Home Depot. I'll have to check the variety. It's leaves are bigger than appear in the photo, which isn't the clearest.

That looks like Stoplight. I was told it is one of the most cool tolerant Crotons.
I think that and the soucal coasts extremely mild nights in winter,and just plain warm in summer is more important then hot weather.
I'm looking for that!
