Primula Clusiana 'Murray Lyon'

Grew this to quite a large plant around twenty five years ago and some where along the way it died, in recent years thought lost to cultivation until a nurseryman in the north offered it last autumn having had it micro propagated, see how long it stays alive now.

wow, a very precious plant. The flowers are lovely and big. Brian, that little offset of the Primula I sent you and you sent back is flowering. It's tiny, but it's flowering :)

Karen will post a pic of it here mine are in still in pots since I split it up last year.

I had them in a pot and the looked sick. They never grew at all, so I put them in to a dry corner against the patio slabs. I think they will do fine there if I add more grit.
