150402 - got bird feeders on it cos I've got nowheretelse to put them.

something already found the suet feeder, Amy: i found it on the ground, lid chewed off and all contents missing
almost over it, Dorjac! some of the shrubs at the back actually start beyond the fencce and have come through the mesh

Whatever did that is a nuisance. I had a squirrel keep diving at the long metal port seed feeder and knocking it to the ground. I saw him do the dirty deed. It cost £25 so it could get broken. I moved them the other day and repositioned the hook and pruned the twigs he was launching himself from. I hope it works and no more knocking it to the ground.

I put the pole into a parasol base, but even that didn't keep the pole upright - can't see that the wind would be that strong, given that there's not much for it to get hold of, it must be squirrels, or some other pest that needs to go on a diet!
