This tree along with the other tree at this motel where pretty much done flowering. The fruits were starting to develop. Photo taken April 14, 2015.

I think they are somewhat hardy. I grew one in the SF Bay Area. It didn't grow very fast, though. It stayed really small in a pot.

They are pretty hardy I knew somebody who said a friend of his was growing them in San Jose.
