Is it or is it not multi blue

I had a Multi Blue in summer the centre will look like a big pom pom.

Thanks to Thrupennybit, pompoms the word. Seems that Multi Blue can have an early and late flowering.

No, not multi blue. It has large flowers with a green flash. This is a macropetala.

Yes Siris it does single spring into summer it doubles up like a pom pom.

What ever yours is Brian it's pretty. My new, last year, Multi blue has just been frosted, but there is another shoot near the ground.

The colours not to bad Brian but the petals are much more rounded on the M.Blue not so spikey looking I've emailed you a photo of my label :o)

Thanks for the photo, I don't know, your plant is very pretty. Sometime plant labels are a little... Mmm.... exaggerated! The spent flowers on my Clematis 'Josephine' remain on the plant and are really ugly.
