Stunning I love it bet the aroma is lovely. I tried one of these but nothing it just disappeared.

Thats a pity 3d" why not try again...i wonder if the plant was dead when purchased (if it was winter). They seem pretty easy to grow.

Thanks everyone, I must admit, I've not smelt the fragrance. Hi Sheila, I only bought this last year, I must admit my older, taller one in the garden isnt in flower yet. This was a £6 shrub from Aldi last year, I dont know which type, the label just said Philadelphus, I got lilac too, strong shrubs.

Yes, they're great. Noticed yesterday that my P. is covered in buds, so it evidently approves of being hard-pruned last year!

That is early no sign on mine yet, I love the scent too :-)

I'm glad I got it now as it is so early, my others are still in bud.
