Setting off again

After its chop in January, the contorted willow is already sprouting plenty of leaves.

This is like a giant one of those 'Bad Hair' willows that the GCs are full of this year! Freaky! :))

I know! It looks really odd, doesn't it? It always surprises me how the leaves seem to grow straight out of the large old branches.
