Small-leaved cultivar has brilliant spring foliage. This is a summer colour . The yellows will turn greenish and red will turn pink. It is a "sport" of 'Shin Deshojo' (I think) ...which I have as well and they look the same.
It is a small cultivar 6'max so good for containers.
In fall it becomes crimson red.

Thank you Sheila. I think even the summer foliage is attractive but early spring and late fall it is brilliant(almost shocking) red :-)
