That is a beauty Dawn I have a large clump of it just about to flower but every year there's just one plant in the clump that grows huge with a massive flower spike and it flowers a couple of weeks before the rest I've had to tie it to a really strong stake the flowers are so heavy, strange.
Thanks Wylie there are quite a few nice blues in this mix :-)

Weird how you have the one big flower. Will you be collecting seed from your Pacifics? ;)

If you remember in the autumn, that will be fab, if you dont remember I will understand as I do the same. I remember promising you some seed off my tall campunala which I cant remember the name of at the mo, i did try but think I missed the boat or tried too early.

See who else is growing Delphinium elatum (Delphinium).
See who else has plants in genus Delphinium.
