Basket from last year

This hangs out side the rear door of my house it has been there since spring 2014 it stayed green through out the winter, all I have done in the last two months sprinkle some slow release fertilizer on the surface and add a thin layer of multipurpose.
suppose it likes me because I water it, the only one that will Jamie can't wee on it he can't reach lol

It looks delightful, I hope mine will do as well as yours. Do you trim it up at all or deadhead?

I did take off some dead bits a while ago but no signs it sets seed so just let the flower fall.

That's useful to know, I have Trillion Bells carnival mix in red, indigo & orange sunset.
It'll be a big plus if they seed themselves.

They are called Million Bells or Calibrachoa. They continuous to rebloom if deadheading is done. Unfortunaly, it won't survive the harsh winter in Toronto.

We were lucky last winter having little or no frost at all, most of the leaves were green but dried up, once I started taking care ie feeding it soon picked up.
