From RHS seed 2001, mixed Salvia seed. (sylvestris or transylvanica) I think.

Salvia forsskaolii, Yes
Does like like your photo from 2012, grows in part shade, leaves opposite, bottom pair about 6" seeds easily, really useful!

Mmmm I'll measure the leaves on mine but they are huge maybe a couple of foot or more in length, it'll grow anywhere here sun, part shade,dry sandy soil in front garden heavy clay in the back even full shade in the wood brilliant plant.
