Things are very well, thank you. :>) Just still dealing with the historical, extreme drought here in California. It has been so very hot and humid...although, it's cooled down a bit the last couple days. Trying to keep the plants watered has been a huge challenge with our very strict water restrictions. :>(

I can well imagine, we are now desperate for some rain, the ground is rock hard, but nothing like you have had to experience...

The ground here is like concrete. It stays that way for many, many months. We did get some thunderstorms and few rain showers last week during the week and a half of the monsoonal flow, which now has retreated to the deserts and mountains, now. Typically, we just receive the high humidity and very hot temps from the monsoonal flow. I'm so glad it has cooled down, though.
