Astilbe and Buddleja "Pink Delight"

Some of my red astilbe are over Bloomer. The one on the right is little more vivid lavender colour in real life (and quite tall) and the one on the left is more pinkish (not beige). Must be the lighting which made it little pale in his picture.

I have never seen Astilbe of lavender colour. But very elegant, I like it.

I've not been that keen on astilbe before but seeing your pink & lilac ones makes me feel quite differently about them.

Green_finger, I never grew astilbe in the past but introduced them when I heard that deer does not like them. I do not know about that as somebody is munching on them ...only on leaves though and it could be bunnies as well. I love these plants now, especially if they are bunched together. The leaves are attractive as well. Taller varieties look nice in combination with other tall plants.

I love Astilbe,and I particularly like the one on the right.I haven't seen this colour before..Yours,and the Buddleja,are flowering way ahead of mine...
