Landing Pad

Thanks, Hywel I have no idea what it was about Saturday, but the shrub border at the bottom of my garden (Escallonia) was full of bees & every species of butterfly imaginable. The buzzing from the bees was almost deafening.
So I armed myself with camera and just kept snapping away. I even had a butterfly land on my finger whilst holding my camera, magical, just magical.

I haven't seen any butterflies this year :(

Oh I like this very much Treetop! What a great painting it would make....
