The weeds are in flower, again. 100% invasive here. My white one is getting ready to flower, and I was hoping the pink one would start this year.

It is in the ginger family, but no one cooks with it. It is a tropical plant with a heavy scent.

I did grow "Tara" and one I would recommend if you can get hold of it the flowers are a deep orange/Red , another winter loss !!! yours looks great ... I bet it would love your conditions

I've grown this once before and like Gg lost it even overwintering in the greenhouse , I'd happily swap a few of our weeds for this!!

Just remember all the things you can grow and I can't because it doesn't get cold enough here. :)

Well, I can't grow peonies, pines or firs, tulips that haven't been cold treated, delphiniums, or fritillaries.
