Hi shirley yes it is, it does say in the books it can be frost tender but its been fine in my midlands garden, the first year I had them they did suffer a little but after trimming they grew well ( I have 2) and have placed them south facing :))
Hi klahanie they are nice foliage aren't they, glad the deer doesn't like them ;)
