Aster

I'm pretty sure this is "Purple Dome." It looks just like mine.

Is this the one you sent me? Flowering it's socks off. Aster amellus (Purple Dome?).

I looked at purple dome and agree it does look like it but mine is much taller than 2ft nearer 3-4ft.
Siris when I saw your picture I couldn't for the life of me remember sending you this but it looked so like mine thought I'd just forgot ,now I'm wondering if it was me as I see from your picture yours is only 18inch.

The Aster definitely came from you. Entered it in "my garden" as Sim dad! Maybe as it is it's first year, it hasn't developed it's true height. Love it, at this height.

I went back to look at "Purple Dome" but I found another one called "Bluebird." I'm off to the garden center now to get one or two.

I'm cracking up Siris lol,yes it does get much taller, here anyway :-)
I just looked at Bluebird Bathgate gorgeous it reminds me very much of my 'Little Carlow' my favourite aster :-)
