My buttercup is doing really well. Its faster than any Ivy in my garden. But this is gorgeous! Isn't it great to see them coming in to their best. I wouldn't be without my ivies. And I Shall be using some to clothe Rachel's fence in her new garden too!

I planted this beside the back door because Stephen Lacey said it only grew to six feet. A few years later, I had great trouble getting it down from the eaves.

And they can pull over fences. Years ago next door at the back left one unattended, it was destroying the lap larch fence.

Its obviously a marmite plant.....this one is growing up the small wall in the front garden, so it can and will be kept in check....
