Yes its a Berberis thunbergii atropurpurea Klahanie ,very prickly I love its bronze colour it also has red berries on it for extra attraction ....

Its nice Amy, the leaves are very similar to my Cotoneaster 'Cornubia'.

You have managed to keep your Berberis tight to the wall, I like it's shape. Mine is a straggly bush.

It is Dawn , it,s a good shape Sue you can't see them very well on this photo its covered in lovely red berries in contrast to the foliage .
