I never knew that willows held on to their leaves that long. That looks lovely!

Thank you both. The sun was just sinking, and the shadow of the house roof was encroaching quickly, so I grabbed the iPad to catch the last of the sun shining on the leaves. What gorgeous colours we've had this Autumn.

Thanks, Karen. Well, this one does, anyway. When we have it cut back - as we did this year, we always have to wait well into the new year. The greenery on the sycamores, which are over the wall, is ivy.
