Crassula sarcocaulis, a succulent mini shrub, still flowering.

I am in a warm part of the country, sheltered by The Isle of Wight, from cold winds. Rain, coming straight down, is another matter.

Doesn't get too big, undemanding, only downside a little brittle, but then broken pieces can always be used to make another plant.
