There's two trees. This is the one with staghorn ferns and Cattleya orchids on it. There's several large trees at the San Diego Zoo and in Balboa Park. I wish there was a history on these trees on a plaque. I really wish I could find out the history on the the very large Ficus macrophylla 'Columnaris' located right back side of the Botanical Building. There's also two tall, large ones across from the Reuben H. Fleet Center building.

There is one huge Moreton Bay Fig there next to a bridge. It has huge fluted roots and trunk. That might be the one?..they had mounted Staghorns on it. Seen it on the net only.
