Variegated Poinsettia.

Its the first time I've seen one also. I looked it up and its called 'Tapestry'. Introduced in 2010.
It might be long term for me. They tend to drop leafs and go semi dormant being the ancestors of this plant come from a tropical wet then dry climate.

I've never seen a variegated one before. Back in the '80's when living in Tenerife, I saw them as trees along the roads but never seen a 2 toner. Nice colours too.
