Is it the wave form? This is my favorite one because it lives for at least 3 or 4 years and flowers almost all year here.

I had no idea they can live that long. Yours' must be massive after a couple years. This was a volunteer I found growing in my lawn and I just moved it to the flower bed. So it never had a label, but it sure acts like a wave. I love that it has various shades of pink flowers at one time.

Yes, they can grow large. I do cut them back in late summer or early fall so they can bloom well through winter.
Petunia 'Wave' or Wave Petunua is the most popular variety which comes in many colors. They grow more like a shrub and bloom profusely all year. It blooms so profusely that you can't see the leaves on the plant.
