Now,you are into Klahanie territory-lol. I have had neighbors ask if they could have the flower stalks of mine. They explained they cook them as a delicacy. I think Klahanie might know more about the how. I imagine in Mexico its on the menu?
But,almost all Yucca flowers are edible- true. Like banana flowers in Asian markets I imagine.

I knew about male banana flowers. They're a delicacy in Asia and very expensive. I try to give my male flowers away from my bananas. I hate to throw them away when I know they cost 5 or 6 dollars a lb in the Asian stores.
