Crocus sieberi ssp sublimis 'Tricolor' (Crocus sieberi)

This crocus may look as if the breeders have been at work, but it's actually a variant of a natural species. Although coming from Crete, this particular form grows on mountains near the snowline so is hardy in the UK. Needs full sun and a well-drained soil.
