T bought this for me last October for my birthday and I put it into the cold greenhouse over winter. I noticed blossom opening this morning. It would be great if it fruited this year. Ive really no idea how to look after it. Any advise would be very welcome.

Hi Sheila, these are fully hardy, just grow it in full sun, out of cold winds, against a wall if you can, to get a bit more heat to ripen the fruits, they like a moist but well drained, moderately fertile soil, so keep it well fed and watered, if you keep it outside in the ground, you shouldn't have to self pollinate, Derek.

Well keep doing what you're doing...it looks fabulous! Last year I fed my peach with diluted seaweed fertiliser and it seemed to do well. Will you bring it outdoors later? Peach leaf curl seems to be the main issue with them, but I guess as with most diseases if you keep it happy and well fed it should have more resistance. If you want fruit to eat remember to thin them out, and as it's in the greenhouse you might want to get to work with a feather to pollinate the blossoms.
