It was new yesterday they were outside at the nursery not in a Polly tunnel the ticket states hardy , up to minus -12 to -18 I can't answer your questions Sue or Gg , maybe Klahanie can tell us !

Amy, by June all leaves will change to green. It is evergreen and mine is about 40cm tall (in 3 years) and book says that it will grow up to 70cm, It is hardy.

Perhaps it will perform like a Photinia, where just the new growth each year is a fiery red.

WOW! Was my first impression! Such white tips are very uncommon among most of the plants we grow! I think that would be a head turner wherever it's grown!
