yes it is a super red, wish I could find an ornamental poppy this colour, got some poppy seeds (Brilliant) growing but knowing my luck they will be orange again.

oh thank you Karen, bought two last year one flowered and was not Beauty of Livermere so disappointing. Hopefully the other one will flower this year and be the right colour. I think the GC's see what has been talked about at the shows and on the tv and just stick labels in any pot knowing that we will go along and purchase the plants and not complain. I do like the orange ones but so like the dark reds. Look forward to the postie coming. I will get your primulas posted hopefully before the weekend too.
