. . . with unknown tiny white flower, good spreader, but I wish I could remember its name (begins with 'A'!)

Shirley, I've discovered that the little white flower is Arabis, thanks to Owdboggy and Bamboo.

Sheila, that's good and I really should know that as I have some Arabis 'Ferdinand something-or-another' in my garden! The heat of the day has obviously affected my memory ... :o)

I had an assortment of different mauves and purples of Aubrietia on a Rockery in my first ever house! I was so proud of it all... And it was such a blanket of colour! :o)
