Missed this one, I am into Orange beards this year, like it. Looks like the colour of 'Local Color' (American breeder, no U) but yours looks like an old variety L.C. has a rounder more modern shaped flower.

I am not positive Siris. The pictures on internet do not exactly match this. It is not as tall as the other irises I have.
When I looked around the net I noticed one called Dracula's Kiss , very dramatic, with orange beard.
I like orange bearded too.

I have a photo I took of Dracula's Kiss (not my plant) much darker than your photo, also doesn't have the white markings on the falls.

OOps, I did not mean to say that the photo was Dracula's Kiss but rather that I liked it on the internet. Sorry for the confusion.

My misunderstanding. I saw the Dracula's Kiss in an open fields day, Dramatic flower.
