Tree Peony

looks great .... I bet it didnt like the heat yesterday !!! one of mine opened and quickly "blew" hopefully try and get a picture today

Hi Gg no your right I have three in flower and they haven't lasted long at all , good news is I have a new yellow one I bought last year growing in the wood which has one bud !! Another week or so I'd say before it opens :-)

I have one given to me last year it is growing well but hasn't flowered yet !

Gorgeous. I have one bud but fear its been frosted, sigh.

The yellow in the wood is doing amazing for its first year Amy I just hope the cold night that's forecast doesn't damage the bud as I think it'll be open tomorrow.
I have one too Dawn must be in a very sheltered spot as it comes into leaf before any of the others all its buds have been damaged by frost this year :-(

I Like Tree Peonies, but just grow the smaller border type, the flowers of which don't last long either.
