I saved this from a vine weevil attack I had three tiny pieces as in 2 cm pieces , so just shows me you dont need much stem to produce a decent plant

I have an unknown Heucherella with reddish flowers, didn't know it trailed so just put it in the border. Now moved to trail down rock, but in moving got 2 more broken-off pieces, which established well.

this variety does trail not all do ....
yes waddy funny enough a sedum in a pot looked a bit tired yesterday so knocked it out the pot and found at least 20 and going into the next stage of looking like a vine weevil !!! all the pots treated going into the autumn !!!

Sometimes even when they've been treated, it doesn't always mean the end of the dreaded weevil...as I know only too well...
