Persicaria microcephala 'Red Dragon'

I hope you've allowed lots of space for this one Sue. If it likes its position it romps away, then flops and smothers everything around it.

Andrew you said exactly the same last year. No room to flop, it is held up by its equally strong neighbours, and I do put in twiggy sticks.

I am already trimming ours.......it is having the Chelsea Chop......

If I chop mine, I will want to pot up the cuttings, foolish girl!

But then what do we do with the cuttings, they root so easily?

If need must, Andrew, As I previously mentioned, mine don't get stacked the surrounding plants hold it up. Will see what it does after all the rain last winter.
