Its almost 1.5 meters now which I think is about there full height

Lovely, mine is in bud at the moment and I can't wait to see it flower. Yours looks perfect there. The sun really catches the leaf colour nicely.

Yes it does and I think thats why it is growing well before I moved it it was in light shade.

I'm planning on having mine in a similar spot in full sun planted beside a syringa. Thanks for showing me yours. I was adamant that I had to have one of these for their foliage alone but the flowers are a bonus:)

Like minds lol the woody stem to the right of this picture is a syringa as I thought the contrast in leaf colour would be good
