Geum

I prefer Geum to Potentilla, tidier plants. Like the mustard colour to this one.

Thankyou both :-), yes they do seem to sprawl less don't they Siris, mind you I like potentilla to for mingling through taller plants :-)

I used to have this one, realise now why we dont, they need to be divided every three years, a tip from Karen!! because they become very woody in the middle....

I'll remember that Dd I'd certainly like a few more of this one!, I'm waiting for another to open that I swapped it was supposed to be red but the bud looks a very pale yellow I quite like surprises :-)
