Iris 'Holden Clough'

Hope ours will look as good, what conditions are you growing this one in please?

Gorgeous wonderful colours and pattern.

Nice photo, Simbad, are those Phormium leaves behind it? By the way, as a test I put a large pot or them on the pond shelf last Autumn, they are doing really well, must be the pseudocorus influence.

This is planted in my front garden Dd on the east side of the house , think this is the worst soil in the garden very heavy clay.
I'll remember that Siris when it gets big enough to split,we have a smaller pond in the front garden where this would look nice , yes that's a phormium at the side there are two very large ones in this border.

It does seem to be a toughie, Simbad.

i'm jealous have 4 different iris colors but that one is soo beautiful
