Jacaranda mimosafolia - Jacaranda Tree Flowering

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to post more photos of the some of the millions of Jacaranda trees in San Diego during the peak bloom a few months back. Jacaranda trees start flowering mid-March through early June and again for a lighter bloom in late summer. They're all past peak, now. Photo taken May 29, 2016.
