when I loaded the photo up I thought "that s looking good" lol the foxglove is a seedling that planted itself in that spot thanks Siris

Yes Simbad its the "tree ferns" and that shady border has 3 acers in they seem to realy like it here and grow really well.
I have a large "Royal Fern" in the blue glazed pot that fills the gap left by the daffodil bulbs
the wildlife love this border

nature can and is so better than us at placing a plant and the foxglove just ticks the box

Yes this is the style I love too, and with the light filtering through, it looks to be an almost secret garden....
