Lush was the very word I was going to use Simbad. However have you managed to keep the dreaded slug/snails away? It looks fabulous.

Love the many shades of green,Amy,and the Phormium just adds another dimension to the colour scheme..clever lady ! :o)

Kathy it was the same here after the rain they came out of the pot plants waiting to be planted I scooped them up with a shovel and threw them in the ditch ...good riddance !
Thank you Waddy a lot of prickly holly leaves fall in this area maybe its something slugs & snails don't like to slither on ... thanks Sue ,Sandra I have some lovely tall grasses growing in this bed they will give it some height ..

Thanks Angela /Dawn its hard to grow anything under the holly trees its so dry ,these survive alright with ferns the other side of the trees ...

We swear about the Holly leaves Janey they make such a mess but I wouldn't like to take the trees down they look splendid when they have berries on them ...

Very lush, mine have been nibbled already, far to many slugs around this year, after the rain the other day the lawn was covered in them only time I was pleased to see the magpies!, they were having a feast :-)
