Hanging baskets

I need to sort my upstairs window boxes out thought I'd solved the problem of them dripping on the kitchen window black plastic gravel in the bottom and plants in pots ,there's a hole in the plastic somewhere grrrr.

Is that a "stocks" in the background? Interesting piece of garden furniture.

Yes Siris, the brackets were made for baskets and are bolted to the stocks which came from a pub in Staines about fifteen years ago.
