So much clearer flowers. Is it the rain made the petals recurve or is that a feature. The first posting showed a flatter flower.

No Siris some have recurved petals, quite like it as it makes the throat look even larger, it was me being to eager with the first one it often takes a couple of practice flowers before they show their true form.

Yes, I have noticed the later flower seem better coloured. I think sometimes it is not possible to see the whole flower form in a photo of a recurve.

Beautiful Simbad but my, don't they have some weird and wonderful names.

There are some wonderful names Thorney , Slipped my Disco's still my favourite ;-)
