I had one or two of these a couple of years ago,Paul,but they didn't seem to be trouble causers. ..or maybe I don't have anything they like Lol

It's a June bug. They're all over the place here starting in June through late August or September when they lay their eggs in the ground. June bugs are pollinators. They very good for the garden. I just dislike when they fly into your face...as they're horrible flyers. It like they can't see where they're flying! lol!

They are not very aerodynamic looking and don't seem to know when to apply the breaks. That can't be an easy life. :)

No, not very aerodynamic at all! I've been hit in the face several times by June bugs! :>( It actually hurts, as they can fly fast in open areas.
