Mmm not a keeper this one, nice colour, 6inch flowers but I was hoping for a double spider or UFO.
I'm finding it much easier when they're my own crosses, when I can compare to the parents, and they aren't an improvement!

They are Siris , mums a very reliably double in an apricot colour and dad's a light polychrome orange UFO , I'm being ruthless so I have room for this year's, so many amazing crosses from Wylie's seed, unless it makes me go wow it's out ;-)

I am keeping only about 20 new seedlings this year, and there are several from last year that are going. Most get rejected before I even know who the parents are; and I am becoming very particular with the crosses I am making.

Obviously Daylilies can be slow to show their full potential. Look forward to seeing the new pic.
