Rosa..glauca..Cornus X 3.astrantias and Shasta daisy shaggy! .and Osmanthus.

Interesting variation in foliage.

Have started digging around the black bamboo, not an ideal time to choose ...boy was it hot!....... discovered the border was as dry as a bone!!.......not good for Cornus, have been busy watering tonight!
Will save the rest of the digging for a cooler day.

Now 23rd no rain, the ground is parched.

It is....having to water most days...
