Oh I forgot to name any of the pics. This was meant to be : Hawkshead flowering at last, though you can hardly see it! I don't think photography is my thing!

Cumbria now Shirley, Lancashire and Westmoreland when I was a girl!

I am confused now as your profile says you are in Surrey!

Sorry for the late reply Shirley. I meant that the county is now Cumbria but when I was born, and for quite some time after, it was Lancashire and Westmoreland. My bit was Lancashire but I've been in the South for over 50 years.
